Housing Sign-Up begins October 15 in three different phases, beginning with the option to choose the same room for next year. Review your options and the associated phases in order to be ready to apply!

Returning Residents = More Choices
Sophomores and above have additional residence halls and meal plan options to choose from, plus great amenities available. Explore all of the upper-division housing options available for sophomore students and above, including halls that offer single rooms, semi-private bathrooms, break and summer housing.

With our convenient locations, you're already close to classes, campus buildings and bus stops. You'll always have access to a full array of campus resources, including study spaces, health and well-being services, supportive staff and mentors.

Meal Plans
Meal plans can be used at any of our 10 dining locations. If you live in the Graduate Upper-Division Halls or in University Apartments, you are not required to purchase a meal plan, but many opt in because of the flexibility, quality and convenience. Apartment residents and students living in GUD halls have additional meal plan options.

With six different meal plans and 26 residence halls, we’ve got options that meet your needs and your budget. You’ll pay just one bill per semester and have no additional laundry, utility or grocery costs – or a steep security deposit and application fee. We also have flexible living terms, with our 9-month academic year contract, and we’ll release you from your housing contract for the Spring Semester if you study abroad.

University Housing Apartments
Returning residents are also eligible to apply for a 12-month lease at Ashton Woods Apartments, which features furnished and unfurnished two-bedroom apartments. Ashton Woods is a pet-friendly complex and home to a mix of graduate students and upper-division undergraduate students.
