Family & Graduate Housing offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, both furnished and unfurnished. Flexible lease options are available when you lease with the University—both year-long and short-term leases are offered. If your affiliation with the University ends during your lease period, you may terminate your lease early with no penalty.

Standard Leases
Faculty and staff are eligible to live in University Housing Apartments under a standard, year-long lease. We offer one- or two-bedroom apartments at Orchard Downs; two-bedroom apartments at Ashton Woods; and sleeping rooms, studios, and one-bedroom apartments at Goodwin-Green.
