When to contact Comcast
If you are having problems setting up your internet connection for the first time please see the Setup Instructions.
If you are experiencing an outage, try checking with your neighbor to see if others are experiencing the same. Then you may submit a Housing maintenance ticket to report the outage.
If you find that you are the only person experiencing an outage make sure you have a working virus scanner and popup blocker. Verify your computer is still connected by checking the lights on the cable modem and/or router. Visit "Connecting your Computer to Comcast Internet" for more information.

If you are experiencing a problem with either your cable or internet service, you can reach Comcast by submitting a Housing maintenance service request online.
