Report Lab Issue

If you encounter any issues while you're in the computer lab, find a PCC or NetTech for assistance.

If there is an issue in the computer lab that requires immediate action, and there are no staff in the lab to address it, report the issue in as much detail as possible to the residence hall's front desk. Examples of such issues include printer jams, broken furniture, leaking ceilings, messes, and unruly users.

If there is an issue that doesn't require immediate action, go to a computer lab during a staff's lab hours for assistance, or submit a help request. Examples of such issues include not being able to log in, web applications not working, or using the scanner.
