The University Student Financial Services and Cashier Operations Office in the Henry Administration Building bills monthly rent and are responsible for sending you a monthly statement. Graduate and undergraduate students receive their rent statement by email. All other residents will receive a paper statement through the postal service. Residents may contact University Student Financial Services and Cashier Operations Office at (217) 333-2180 if they do not receive a statement.
The billing period covers the first day through the last day of each month. Rental payments are due on the first day of each month. Rent may be paid in person on campus at the Henry Administration Building or checks can be mailed to the following address:

Payment should be mailed at least five business days prior to the due date to allow for mail delivery and processing time. The resident’s name and University ID number should be written on the check.
