Welcome to University Housing at the University of Illinois!
We are happy you have chosen to live with us. Be sure to check your Illinois email account for important information about your University Housing hall assignment. Hall assignments for new residents of Living-Learning Communities will be emailed in late May/early June. Hall assignments for all other new residents will be sent in early June.
If you will be living in an undergraduate residence hall, Daniels Hall, or Sherman Hall, your room assignment information will be available online in late July. You will receive an email in your Illinois account with instructions on how to log in and view your assignment, which will contain information about your room, roommate(s), meal plan, and more.

Forms and Contracts
If your plans have changed and you will no longer be attending the University of Illinois, you may cancel your contract.
New Furniture at Babcock and Saunders
Saunders and Babcock (in PAR) will receive new student room furniture this summer. (Other halls will follow over the next few years.) The new furniture is loftable and can be configured by residents. Florida Avenue Residence Halls, Illinois Street Residence Halls, and Blaisdell and Carr have also recently received new furniture.
Ordering a Microfridge, Carpet, and Linens
No need to move and store a refrigerator and microwave! A MicroFridge can be delivered to your room before you arrive if ordered by August 3, 2009. (Microfridges are already provided in Daniels Hall and Sherman Hall rooms)
Save the hassle of lugging your own carpet to campus! Order a custom-fit carpet that will be delivered to your room before you arrive, if ordered by August 3, 2009. (Note that Busey-Evans and Daniels Residence Halls are already carpeted)
If you would like to order linens, you can purchase extra-long twin sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels. Order by August 6, 2009 to have your linens sent to your home address before move-in day.
