Flexible lease options are available when you lease with the University—both year-long and short-term leases are offered. If your affiliation with the University ends during your lease period, you may terminate your lease early with no penalty!
You may apply for an apartment before you are admitted to the University. We encourage you to make arrangements in advance. Short-term leases are also available in our apartments.
