As soon as you have decided to attend the University of Illinois, visit the Office of Admissions website to inform the university that you're coming. Then apply for University Housing.
You can let us know your preferences of where on campus you would like to live, if you'd like to join a Living-Learning Community (highly recommended), if you would like to live with a specified roommate, and more.
But don't delay. We make assignments based on the order we receive contracts, so if you know you're coming to the University of Illinois, make applying for housing one of your first steps.
