Short-Term Leases
Designed for new faculty and staff, vising scholars, and guests of the University, short-term leases are available primarily in two-bedroom apartments, but one-bedroom apartments are occasionally available. Gas, electricity, cable, Internet, and television service are provided. An electric stove, refrigerator, dinette table with four chairs, sofa, lounge chair, dresser, double bed and/or twin beds, Venetian blinds, and traverse rods are included in the majority of our short-term housing apartments, but unfurnished apartments may be available upon request. Short-term leases are available at Orchard Downs and Ashton Woods.

Guest Housing
Designed for individuals and groups staying on campus for usually less than a month, guest accommodations are two-bedroom furnished apartments with one bathroom. The apartments are air-conditioned and include furniture and basic appliances, microwave, dishes, cooking supplies and utensils, television, bed, bath and kitchen linens, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, Internet, and telephone with local service. These fully equipped apartments are located in the Orchard South community. For an additional option, consider University Housing's accommodations at Ashton Woods.
