Housing contracts can be submitted online after the student has accepted the University's offer of admission, beginning mid-January 2009 for the 2009-2010 academic year. A $150 advance payment and $50 non-refundable application fee is required when the student submits his or her contract.
If the student received the application fee waiver when applying to the University, the $150 advance payment is deferred and will be applied to their fall semester housing charge in August.
The $150 advance payment is deducted from the spring semester's housing charge in January.
- Fall semester housing is charged to the student's account in August and will show on the E-Bill in September along with tuition and fees.
