How to Apply for University Housing
Students can apply for University Housing after they have accepted the University's offer of admission. (Please wait two business days after accepting the offer of admission so that our system is updated.)
You will need your Enterprise ID and password, and a major credit card to pay the $150 advance payment and $50 nonrefundable application fee.
We encourage students to explore their choices for options of Living-Learning Communities, special living options, and a variety of architectural and lifestyle options in our residence halls (and apartments, for sophomores and above and graduate students and their families).
One of the many benefits of living with University Housing is our constant rate. Like tuition, a student's room and board rate structure stays locked in at the rate they paid for their first year living with us, long as a student lives continuously (fall and spring semesters) with University Housing in our undergraduate halls.
