Year-Round Guest Housing From May to August, whether you're on campus for a night or two, or staying for a week, University Housing provides accommodations for large and small groups at affordable prices.
All rooms are furnished with extra long twin-sized beds, individual desks with chairs, and spacious closets. Both semi-private baths and community bathroom facilities can be found in the various residence halls on campus.

Helpful Staff
Our friendly and helpful staff members are available at the front desk of each residence hall 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist you during your stay. The front desk services provided for guests include linen exchange, message taking, and information on the campus and community.
Guest Housing and short-term leases are available for individuals and groups affiliated with the University in our apartment communities at Orchard Downs and Ashton Woods year-round.
