What type of accommodations do you provide? Do you have facilities that offer semi-private bathrooms? Do you have shared rooms, or are some single rooms available?
University Housing provides air-conditioned facilities with both communal bathrooms and semi-private bathrooms. Most of the facilities have shared rooms with the exception of Sherman Hall, which has single rooms.
What are your nightly rates? Do you have different rates for youth camps?

What type of linen service is included in your rates?
Linens and towels are available upon request. There is no charge for the use of linens and towels.
What type of meeting space is available in the residence halls? What are the rental fees? What audio-visual equipment is available for our use?
Multipurpose space and meeting rooms are available at no additional cost to conference groups who contract for meals and have forty or more resident participants. Groups who do not meet this minimum will be charged for the use of a meeting room or multipurpose space. Rates for space vary and are available upon request. Due to limited meeting room space, reservations will be booked based on the earliest request date.
What type of meals are offered during the summer months? Are banquets or barbeques also available through catering?
Meals are available to groups of 25 participants or more. Meals in the dining hall are all-you-care-to-eat. Groups of 25 to 40 participants will be served one hot entrée per meal in addition to a soup, salad, and sandwich bar. Menus are available upon request. Banquets, barbeques, and snack breaks can be arranged through the Office of Conferences & Special Events or by contacting University Catering at (217) 333-0126.
Is parking available? If so, where and for what daily rate?
Parking is available near each residence hall. Daily, weekly, and summer rates are available. Please contact the Office of Conferences & Special Events for current rates.
