Getting Help & Technology FAQ
About Getting Help ...
Whether you call, submit a form, personally consult, or use one of our online tutorials, we strive to "be there" when you need us.
Note: Support of Orchard Downs and Ashton Woods internet is provided by Comcast. Please see the Orchard Downs and Ashton Woods technology pages for more information.
Requesting Help on ResNet
There are three ways you can get help:
- By calling the URHnet Helpline at (217) 244-1111. The Helpline operates from 7-10 PM, Sunday through Thursday during the Fall and Spring semesters.
- By submitting an ResNet Help Request. A NetTech will contact you shortly to help you resolve your problem. This is monitored all year.
- By visiting your computer lab during NetTech consultation hours. In most locations, NetTechs are on duty in computer labs from 7:00-8:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday during the Fall and Spring semesters. Check posted lab hours in your local computer lab for variations.
For general questions, you can also look over the FAQ.
