Enjoy a Taste of Campus Tradition
The Illini Union Ballroom lunch buffet is the perfect setting to take candidates, gather for a working lunch, or celebrate a milestone. Selections include hot entrees, a fresh salad bar and deli, soups, and desserts. The buffet is open to all, and the price of $9.50 (or 950 Extra Credits) includes dessert, beverage, and tax. Seniors (age 65 & above) receive a discounted lunch rate of $8.50 (or 850 Extra Credits). Children can have lunch for $4.37 (or 437 Extra Credits). Pay by cash, check, credit card, Extra Credits, or department account number. Reservations are accepted but not required (244-4261).

You can also add Extra Credits to your i-card online.
Private Dining Room
If you would like to enjoy the convenience of the Ballroom Buffet, but would also like a private space for you and your guests, you may choose to obtain your food from the Ballroom and take it to a private dining room. The room will be set up with linen and floral services, as well as desserts and beverages. This selection requires a minimum of 15 people or room capacity (whichever is less), and costs $10.75 per person.You may request this service by calling (217) 244-4261.
