Convenient parking is provided for Orchard Downs residents. There is enough parking for one vehicle per family. If you have a second car, it should be parked in the “L” lot at the far south end of the complex. There is no charge for this service; however, vehicles must be registered each year with the Family & Graduate Housing office using the online fom below.

Once approved, the Family & Graduate Housing office will send an email to the resident with information about where and when to pick up the parking permit. Appropriate parking permits must be hung on the rearview mirror of the vehicle window. Permits are valid through July 31 each year. Permits must be returned with keys prior to vacating the apartment.
