At Illinois, in an effort to reduce the use of paper, we prefer candidates not to send handwritten thank you notes to their interviewers (this includes at OPE and TPE conferences). You may write us at email@example.com after your interview and your e-note will be forwarded to those who conducted your interview.
When we launch our searches, competitive candidates, once screened by the screening committee for a particular search, will be extended phone screening interviews or screening interviews at Oshkosh Placement Exchange https://theope.org/ for Resident Director vacancies and The Placement Exchange (TPE) http://www.theplacementexchange.org/ for all posted positions we have open at that time. Competitive candidates are those who possess many if not all of our listed "preferred qualifications," have outstanding reference checks, and submit resumes and cover letters that match the stated needs of our department in the position announcement and job description.
